Chelmsford Canine Solutions collects and holds information about individuals (including clients and, persons associated with or employed by clients) for the purpose of providing pet behavioural modification programmes and dog training services.

 

What information do we collect and how do we collect it?

Much of the information we collect and hold will be/have been provided by you, but some may be from other sources, such as your veterinary surgeon or pet care professional. We may collect personal and non-personal information. Personal information is information which may be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual such as your name, email address, phone number, correspondence address and billing information. Personal information also includes any comments, images, documents or videos that you share on our online platforms.

 

How do we use your information?

We will use your information to provide the services which you have requested from us, and which we feel will be of value to you. We may also use it to provide you with information about products or events which we feel may be of relevance or interest to you.

It is our policy to retain clinical records, and therefore, personal data for a period of ten years in order to provide on-going care to current and returning clients.

 

Does Chelmsford Canine Solutions share personal information with anybody else?

Personal information may be shared with your insurance company and veterinary surgeon, with whom you already have a relationship.

We will not disclose, share, sell or rent any personal information held about you without your consent, except where legally obliged to do so.
